* To delete an item add the word “DELETE” to the description with a negative figure
* Once all items have been added press the ARNIE button in the details page
* A new note will be added to confirm the quote has been sent
* You will also receive a confirmation email from ARNIE when the quote has been sent

NTAR has released a major update ( 02.07.2009 ) to adjust the new times and rates based on the past 6 months of review. Some times have gone up and some times are down. * A new note will be added to the bottom of the details page to confirm that the quote has been sent to ARNIE

* ARNIE will send back the adjusted quote/Authority to your email address
* when the job has been completed press create tax invoice to generate the invoice
* Click on the ARNIE button to send the invoice to ARNIE
* A new note will be added to the bottom of the details page to confirm that the invoice has been sent to ARNIE
* ARNIE will send an email to confirm the invoice has been received from Crashzone
* Once approved ARNIE will email back the payment authority to your email address
