Crashzone will be mailing out backups to customers early in the new year. The backup is a copy of your quotes, invoices & images from the Crashzone system. When you email a quote from the Crashzone system a new note will be added in the details page along with a copy of the email sent. The note shows the time and date that the email was sent and if you click on view it will show the quote in PDF format.

Emails saved in notes allows you to accurately track your quotes that have been emailed from Crashzone.

Email address autocomplete is a useful tool that will make it even easier to email quotes from Crashzone.

Email autocomplete will list any email address that has been entered previously in the insurance field from the details page.

Work sheet is one of the new features in Crashzone. You can now choose between the standard header page or the new more detailed worksheet. Select your preferred style from the settings page.
