* Once the quote is written and ready to send go to the details page
* Complete all mandatory fields in the details page
* Click on the ARNIE button to send the quote to ARNIE
* A new note will be added to the bottom of the details page to confirm that the quote has been sent to ARNIE
* ARNIE will send an email to confirm the quote has been received from Crashzone
* ARNIE will send back the adjusted quote/Authority to your email address
* when the job has been completed press create tax invoice to generate the invoice
* Click on the ARNIE button to send the invoice to ARNIE
* A new note will be added to the bottom of the details page to confirm that the invoice has been sent to ARNIE
* ARNIE will send an email to confirm the invoice has been received from Crashzone
* Once approved ARNIE will email back the payment authority to your email address
