Maintenance of your web browser may be required on occasion. By deleting temporary files and cookies it allows Crashzone to do a fresh reload next time you re start the system. Below is a quick guide on how to preform the maintenance on Internet Explorer and Firefox.

* from your web browser click on tools
* Click on internet options
* Click on delete in browsing history
* Click delete files
* click delete cookies

Click on tools
* Clear private data
* Tick options
* Click clear private data now

NTAR selecting scheduled vehicle

Selecting a NTAR scheduled vehicle:
* From the rates box in the details page select the paint type and body type
* use the drop down NTAR Vehicle list to select the required vehicle
* Once selected go to the quote page to write the quote

* Click on the NTAR button to load the NTAR picklist
* Toggle between the standard picklist and the NTAR times by clicking on the NTAR button

Electronic speed limit

A device fitted to the dashboard picks up information about the speed limit on the road from satellites. A warning goes off if the motorist exceeds the limit. Crashzone - updating your letterhead

 Crashzone Letterhead settings

From the settings page within Crashzone you can update your letterhead details including address, phone numbers, email address, Licence number, style of letterhead and custom letterheads. The company trading name and ABN number are locked after the account has been created, this can be updated at any stage by emailing support@crashzone.com.au
